01/08/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. We didn't even get to try this restaurant (and thankfully so), the manager rudely turned us away because someone in my group supposedly "overreacted" to one of the waitresses, claiming he had rolled his eyes... There was plenty of room, yet he turned us away, saying we hadn't made a reservation and suggesting we come back in the evening. With this kind of attitude, we lost NOTHING, and I don't give my money to this type of establishment. A word to the wise.

24/07/2026: I'd like to hug the chef... Caramelized pork truffle and crème caramel for me, oysters, green bean and mushroom salad for my wife, and chocolate moelleux, and finally salmon tartare and chocolate moelleux for my son. All three happy and blissful...

22/07/2026: We hadn't booked and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a find! The place is very welcoming, with soft jazz music, and it's very child-friendly. We had an unforgettable green bean salad with a side of potatoes, and the children (9 and 5 years old) had a delicious red meat steak and roast potatoes. Everything was excellent! The best restaurant in Trouville, a must-try!

19/07/2026: Overall, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant was incredibly loud. We were seated inside and it was almost impossible to enjoy the meal. The service was also disappointing. Even though the restaurant was busy, the staff seemed impatient and almost didn’t let us finish our order. It felt like they just wanted to move on to the next table instead of providing good hospitality. We ordered several dishes. The salmon tartare and the duck confit was were good. The biggest disappointment was the lobster pasta. For almost 50€ I expected something truly good. Instead, it tasted like cheap Barilla tomato sauce straight from the supermarket. The pasta was only lukewarm, the lobster so dry you couldn’t chew it and even had an unpleasant smell. The restaurant should either improve the ingredients and preparation or adjust the price accordingly. We also ordered two glasses of Pinot Noir but it definitely didn’t taste like it. Either it was the wrong wine or it had already gone bad. We sent it back. (I didn’t want to send the pasta back as well, so I just left it as it was. But honestly, it was really bad)

18/07/2026: I came to test your cuisine in preparation for an upcoming banquet for about thirty people, local trotters, to celebrate three victories and a birthday. Unfortunately, the quality of the service and the food did not meet my expectations. I was particularly disappointed by the way the green beans were served, without any preparation (butter, parsley, or anything else), simply to avoid the taste of boiled water. In my opinion, this lacked care and subtlety. In short, I think my trotters would have been disappointed themselves; they are true restaurant enthusiasts. Under these circumstances, I am forced to cancel the reservation for the banquet I was planning to organize with you for my "local trotters." Sincerely,

23/05/2026: It was late January, for my birthday. The bar was empty. There were eight of us around 6:30 pm for drinks. She refused us with disdain, saying she doesn't take more than six people. We suggested splitting into two tables of four and that we weren't in any hurry. She wouldn't accept. Appalling service. RESPONSE: That's great, I got a reaction out of you, I'm happy! We tried to talk to you to understand, but you were so dismissive! Hatred is contagious.

01/08/2026: Excellent ice cream, and the portions are truly generous. They don't skimp on the product. We personally tried speculoos, passion fruit, pistachio, and caramel. They were all absolutely delicious. Incredible quality/quantity/price ratio.

01/08/2026: Nice place close so the beach, affordable with alot of options. You have to order at the bar first, also if you just want ice cream. I would recommend the Paris-Brest flavor, it is nutty, caramely and also has pieces of cake in it 🩷 definitely a unique flavor that you can only try in France

27/05/2026: Some rooms are best avoided; the air conditioning barely works, or doesn't work at all. I tried two rooms, and the problem was the same! Perhaps the sea-view rooms don't have this issue, but given the prices in high season, I don't think I'd risk trying them. It's a shame because it's very well located. It has great potential, but in my opinion, it doesn't live up to the 5-star standards of the region, which I won't mention. Please, this hotel deserves better. You don't give a room to a couple if the entire floor is full of children; it's just common sense! We leave our children to rest and sleep, not to be woken up at 3 a.m. by crying...🤦‍♂️

26/05/2026: We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Cures Marines, and we had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly located, very quiet and calm and we were lucky to enjoy sunny and warm weather during our stay. The spa and fitness facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — with a great selection including chia seeds, brown bread, fresh fruits and veggies, and homemade fresh juices, which I particularly loved. A special thank you to Thea, the front desk team, and all the staff for their warm welcome and personalised service. A special mention as well to Micka, the sports manager, for his professionalism and friendliness. Keep on shining guys!!!!! Highly reccommended— we'll be back, best hotel in Trouville!

22/07/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by a shopkeeper in Trouville, but what a disappointment! From the very beginning, the service was appalling. We ordered whelks as a starter, which we simply never received. The waiter, very self-assured, refused to write down the order, stating that he didn't need a pen, that his memory was sufficient. The result: oversights and disorganized service. The dishes were placed on the table without a word, without a glance, without even a "bon appétit." As for dessert, we had chosen a pavlova to share after seeing the magnificent one served at the next table: a tall, beautifully presented pavlova. Unfortunately, the one we received bore no resemblance whatsoever: completely deconstructed, with no real presentation, and far less meringue. We truly felt it was a dessert hastily prepared with leftover meringue scraps. A real disappointment. The worst happened at the end of the meal. At 10:30 p.m., the bill was brought to us without any particular attention, with a demand for immediate payment. We clearly felt rushed out the door, forced to quickly finish the rest of our bottle of white wine. When it came time to pay, I simply asked the waiter to wait a moment so I could check the bill, as I wanted to make sure the whelks, which we had never received, hadn't been included. His reaction was, to say the least, surprising and inappropriate: "Don't you trust me?" A completely inappropriate and disrespectful remark in this context. To top it all off, the waiter preferred to go outside and kiss his partner rather than greet us or thank us for our visit. This appalling lack of professionalism completely ruined our evening in Trouville. This is very regrettable, because the quality of a restaurant is not just about the food: the welcome and service are just as essential.

22/07/2026: As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I was very disappointed with the service. The waiter was unprofessional: he forgot our order, handled the dishes carelessly, and then brought us the bill while telling us the restaurant closed at 10:30 p.m.… in the middle of peak season! To top it all off, he went to kiss his girlfriend on the terrace without even bothering to say goodbye before we left. It's a real shame, because the setting is very pleasant and the food is good. Tonight, we're going to try another restaurant. I just hope we won't be asked to leave at 10:30 p.m. In the end, a very bad evening, despite the beautiful location and good food.

27/05/2026: Super fresh seafood practically straight from the boat. However, the prices weren't as older reviews suggested. The two of us ordered a shellfish platter (without lobster or oysters) and, including a glass of wine each, ended up paying €140.

01/08/2026: Appalling service. Young children are not welcome. If the next table hadn't intervened, we would have been refused entry because of a small stroller... No high chair was offered for our child. The crepes were of average quality and sparsely filled. The waiter, who boasts of only speaking French, was unfamiliar with the term "doggy bag"... What about the law of July 1, 2021, which requires restaurants to provide reusable or recyclable containers? Aluminum foil is not a recyclable or reusable container. A word to the wise! Is it really necessary to boast about not speaking English in a restaurant in the middle of a tourist area? 🤔 The children's menu included a sugar crepe for dessert, and we had to insist to get it! One star for the waiter's touch of humor when he told us as we left, "Don't hesitate to come back."

14/07/2026: The welcome was very good, but the mussels marinière were tiny, with many empty shells in the pot and a lack of flavor. Looking at the plates of customers seated on the terrace of a nearby restaurant, the mussels were much larger. We regretted our choice... even though, I repeat, the welcome was perfect.

01/07/2026: The seafood was fresh. The service was very fast. The staff was nice. However, the dipping sauce wasn't spicy enough; you'll need to bring your own. If you like spicy food, this is the place for you. The oysters were incredibly fresh and the price was good. The crab claws looked delicious too. They even filled the wine glass to the brim!

28/06/2026: A scandal. I will never go back to this restaurant. My grandmother became ill after eating their shellfish and ended up in the emergency room. We called the restaurant to find out what had happened, and they themselves told us that their shellfish were kept for up to 8 days in the refrigerator. If you're thinking of trying this restaurant, I strongly advise against it. Given the prices they charge, I find this situation completely unacceptable.
