Chez Antoine sur Barcelonnette

On vacation, we went to this restaurant as a group of 20 and we loved it. Then we went back as a family of three and it was still fantastic: a very warm welcome, excellent food, great service, and more than reasonable prices. We were delighted and we'll be back. And as an added bonus, the staff's cheerfulness is a real plus.

The service was exceptionally good (which is rare these days). The manager and his team were very welcoming and competent. The food is excellent value for money. We highly recommend it!

We were very disappointed with our experience. The service was very poorly organized: we waited almost an hour for our food, which is far too long, especially on a semi-final night when the main reason for coming is to enjoy the match. As for the food, we were disappointed by the quality of the dishes, with the exception of the burger, which was good. Finally, the atmosphere wasn't what we were looking for. We came hoping for a truly French atmosphere to watch the match, but the servers were mainly creating a Spanish vibe, which prevented us from fully enjoying the evening. In the end, a very disappointing experience. I hope the organization and the overall experience will be improved in the future.

Very good and plentiful food, but a downside was the waiter who was haughty, sharp, and unfriendly.

Excellent restaurant, delicious and generous portions. Fast service and friendly waiters. They show matches on big screens, including the Tour de France! Dish of the day €14.90. Reservations recommended!
