I had known Balou for many years as a loyal customer. Having moved it had been a long time since I had returned there, so I was happy.
WE arrived around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, there was a table behind us that was almost finished.
The very smiling waitress comes to take the drinks quickly, she will take orders around 8 p.m.
Then a long wait begins, we see people arriving well after us served before.
.The first plates will be served at 9:45 p.m. only two, the others will arrive in dribs and drabs to the point that we all ate out of time... too bad for an end-of-year meal.
The food is good but not exceptional, there is a choice and the prices are correct.
It's a shame that the service was so long, we were not offered to have another drink, we were brought water and bread because we asked.
Given the wait, no one dared to have dessert..
Excellent experience! The pizzas are delicious and plentiful. The service is extremely fast, which was perfect since we were in a hurry due to an appointment, and the team was very efficient in accommodating us. I highly recommend!
