03/04/2024: A very pleasant welcome and exceptional cuisine! Came with my partner for a (very) late Valentine's Day, I enjoyed myself from A to Z. A carpaccio of scallops to die for, an excellent sweetbread (also monkfish) and a little sweet touch for dessert with a crème brûlée and a delicious chocolate cake It was simply perfect! We who are in the restaurant business and who are not used to having a night out, the choice of coming to Fleur de Sel more than won us over. Many thanks !

03/04/2024: My future wife AND I went to this famous restaurant because we fell in love with it and we intend to return to this restaurant for our wedding 💒 The owners and staff were there to give us a real tasteful visit AND we had a real taste pleasure. The only little problem is just an error in the menu on which one thing was missing.... but that will NOT change our minds AND Thank you again for this shared moment

30/03/2024: My parents invited me today to celebrate my birthday at your establishment, we had an excellent time, all the dishes were delicious and carefully presented, we appreciated the little surprises that enhanced the meal. 15/03/2024: I have come very often and will continue to come, always well served, the food has never disappointed me. The menu changes regularly enough that I can try a new dish each visit. The atmosphere is also very cool and the staff very friendly. List of food I tried as of 2024 (I will continue to update it): Entries: -Sliced ​​beef: Being a big fan of beef, I really liked this starter, even the sauce was delicious. This starter is quite salty, but that didn't bother me. -Grilled vegetable tacos: It reminded me of the vegetarian tacos of the 3 tacos available as a main course, very good. Dishes : -Rav & Cheese: There are often ravioli on the menu, but these change preparation sometimes (like for deli-burgers at the time), I loved the ravioli accompanied by cheddar and hope that I I will be able to enjoy them again before they disappear from the menu, but I am trying to diversify my choices. -Pulled pork in tacos: Three tacos, including one vegetarian and two with meat. My favorites were the ones with meat, because its taste went well with the tacos. -Fish of the moment (cod fillet with pea cream curry): Although I prefer meat to fish, the fish was good and very tender, the sauce was also very good. Desserts: -Chocolate mousse: Not much to say about it except that it is very good -French toast style brioche: This brioche remains the same but sometimes changes its accompaniment with the change of menu, it remains as good as ever, I recommend it. Drinks : -I don't drink alcohol, I usually drink tomato juice. The tomato juices there are rosemary tomato juices, which adds another taste at the end of the sip. Celery and Tabasco salt is provided and can be seasoned as desired. -Once, there was no more, so I took an apple juice with mint I think, and it was very good, better than a simple apple juice, I found If there is an error in my review, please let me know.

03/12/2023: I had known Balou for many years as a loyal customer. Having moved it had been a long time since I had returned there, so I was happy. WE arrived around 7:30 p.m. on a Friday evening, there was a table behind us that was almost finished. The very smiling waitress comes to take the drinks quickly, she will take orders around 8 p.m. Then a long wait begins, we see people arriving well after us served before. .The first plates will be served at 9:45 p.m. only two, the others will arrive in dribs and drabs to the point that we all ate out of time... too bad for an end-of-year meal. The food is good but not exceptional, there is a choice and the prices are correct. It's a shame that the service was so long, we were not offered to have another drink, we were brought water and bread because we asked. Given the wait, no one dared to have dessert..
