Chez Bougaci sur Saint-Fons

If you love Middle Eastern cuisine, then Bougaci will leave you speechless with its marvelous couscous, offering up to five meats of your choice. The quality is remarkable; the couscous is light and melts in your mouth. We would have just asked for a slightly spicier sauce, but otherwise, it's a wonderful experience to share with friends. If you order a three-meat couscous, a coffee, and a small glass of wine as a starter, expect to pay around 50 euros per person. A very reasonable price for the quality of the meal we enjoyed. As an added bonus, a belly dancer performs a dance halfway through the meal. The restaurant is popular, and the servers are very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to share it with others. A big thumbs up! Thank you!

Delicious food! Our family enjoyed the wonderful couscous and tagines. The meat was tender, and we had mint tea with an oriental pastry. We received a warm welcome and highly recommend it.

Everyone was talking about it, so I decided to go. It was very, very good. But I think it's better to eat there at lunchtime because it's heavy and takes a long time to digest in the evening. I'll definitely be back. The staff is fantastic, the owner is fantastic, everyone is smiling, it's lovely, the place is very clean, and parking is easy (300m away). I recommend the oriental pastries and their mint tea.

You return home with the feeling of having, for one evening, crossed over and traveled to the other side of the Mediterranean.

A paradise of oriental cuisine! An incredible discovery. We tasted the couscous and the tagine, and every bite was a delight. The spices are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are of exceptional quality. In addition to the quality, the quantity is also impressive: the portions are extremely generous. An experience I absolutely wanted to share to encourage everyone to discover this gem!
