This discrepancy is all the more striking given that everything else is so well executed. The overall impression is one of mixed feelings, between admiration for the overall craftsmanship and frustration with an iconic product that doesn't quite live up to its promises. An overall high-quality experience, but one that raises questions about the consistency and effective use of its signature ingredient.

The place is superb, the setting very pleasant. The staff is welcoming and excellent. As for the food, we can only use superlatives interspersed with "Wow, it's so good!" My daughter couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate her 60th birthday! Thank you to the team and congratulations, everything was perfect.
