A restaurant that lives up to its reputation. This establishment delivers on all its promises: the welcome is warm, the atmosphere convivial, and the ambiance truly pleasant. The waiters, the head waiter, and Mr. Bruno himself enhanced the meal with their attentive and caring presence. Interacting with all the staff was a genuine pleasure. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, as is the culinary skill and the care taken in the presentation of the dishes. A true feast for the eyes before it is for the palate. If we may offer a small suggestion, we felt that the truffle flavor was primarily expressed through creamy preparations. With cream omnipresent throughout the menu, the mascarpone cheese and the desserts made it difficult to fully appreciate the overall experience at the end of the meal. But this is more a matter of personal preference than a lack of skill! We are, in fact, very much looking forward to returning to discover the menus for other seasons, which will undoubtedly offer even more unique flavor combinations. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the Var region. A restaurant we highly recommend.

On a rain-soaked Tuesday evening, the main road gleamed under the headlights, almost submerged, while the silhouette of the Lorgues collegiate church loomed in the background. A discreet left turn led us to a renowned establishment in the Var region. Barely across the threshold, still glistening with rain, we were greeted with the warm, natural elegance that characterizes fine dining. The dining room, inviting without being ostentatious, perfectly blends refinement and Provençal roots; nothing is superfluous, everything is designed to tantalize the palate. Here, the truffle is not merely a decorative element: it is the guiding thread, the raw material, the very language of the cuisine. The meal unfolded like a demonstration of style around the black diamond, each dish exploring a different facet—sometimes earthy and powerful, sometimes delicately infused, occasionally almost ethereal. The textures interact, the sauces are precise, the cooking is masterful. Generosity never precludes subtlety. Special mention goes to the dessert, a perilous undertaking when it comes to truffles: the balance achieved demonstrates a rare gustatory intelligence. Neither gimmicky nor provocative, but a coherent conclusion, perfectly integrated into the meal's overall composition. The service also deserves praise: attentive without being rigid, cultured without being pedantic, it accompanies the guest with a keen understanding of the rhythm of the table. This adaptability, combined with genuine warmth, completes the experience. Chez Bruno consistently confirms the legitimacy of its Michelin star. An address where the truffle ceases to be a demonstrative luxury and becomes a territory of culinary expression in its own right. We will return, without a doubt.

Absolutely incredible, more than just a meal, it was an experience. The photos of the meal are mouthwatering. The staff was exceptional despite our one-hour delay. The welcome was perfect, the service was quick, and the staff's friendliness was beyond praise. The owner, Benjamin Bruno, went around to each table chatting with the customers and presenting sublime truffles (a rare treat these days). We really appreciated that. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an explosion of flavor, or, like us, wants to discover the world of truffles at affordable prices.
