A wonderful evening with a warm welcome and excellent service. The wine list was pleasant and quite varied. The meal exceeded our expectations; a true delight, bursting with flavor and delightful surprises. Prepared by a passionate chef, and it shows. We sincerely recommend it and will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved the restaurant, Le Cabeillou in Orthez. The welcome is warm and the service excellent, but the real magic happens on the plate. The chef offers cuisine with incredible flavors, made with high-quality local products. His technique is impressive. Each dish is perfectly executed, balanced, and incredibly delicious with every bite; our taste buds went wild. All the flavors are simply pure and authentic. You can taste the passion, the expertise, and the respect for the ingredients. This is a must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend; we will definitely be back. Bravo!

This restaurant looks like a family-run establishment with good, traditional home cooking. But appearances can be deceiving, as the quality is far from satisfactory. For example, the meat served on both plates was full of gristle, and the service was barely pleasant. Furthermore, prices are nowhere to be seen; there's no menu, and therefore no prices listed. This is strictly prohibited. Avoid this establishment.
