A wonderful time spent with my husband this Friday evening. It was for his 40th birthday, and we ordered a superb bottle of red wine to accompany the magnificent, perfectly cooked ribeye steak! With fries and a salad of lacto-fermented vegetables, it was divine! Well done! And impeccable service! I highly recommend it.

We just left the restaurant, and how can I describe it? This restaurant deserves stars! I have no words to describe the meat.
It was so tender and, what's more, cooked right in front of us over the fireplace. We also ordered sweetbreads. My husband was absolutely delighted. We will definitely be back.

We came last night for the first time and were surprised by the quality of the meat cooked over the wood fire (vine wood), which gave it an extraordinary flavor. The egg cocotte with foie gras appetizer was amazing, and the service was fabulous.

We recently ate in this restaurant and it's a big yes, their meat is delicious whether it's the rib steak or the prime rib, the fresh products of this establishment make the difference and it's nice to find that again... a big thank you for the welcome and the service

I love it!
My partner and I went there and we were delighted. The fresh produce and succulent duck breast were excellent. Not to mention the perfectly cooked and very tasty rib-eye steak. We'll be back with great pleasure!

I came to eat at Carles with my children. It was a great experience. The waitress was very friendly and gave great advice.
The meal was delicious, the ingredients were fresh. We also had a good beef steak, well-cooked, a duck breast, and a beautiful rib-eye steak. There's nothing more to say except that I highly recommend it.

(October 25, 2025) 12:45 p.m. My partner and I came and we had a great time. For me, the ribeye steak was extraordinary, tender and cooked to perfection. For my partner, the duck confit was excellent, with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
