Regularly used for the past four years, the quality of the generous portions and desserts is excellent, and the service is very efficient and pleasant, both indoors and outdoors (partially exposed to the sun at the end of lunchtime service due to nearby trees). Parking is available nearby (paid except on Saturdays and Sundays) and free parking 200 meters away. Reservations are essential for early seating.
Highly recommended.

We came with our 9-month-old baby, and Carole was incredibly friendly and professional!

I highly recommend Chez Carole in Albi! I eat there very regularly and it's always a real pleasure. The service is impeccable: the whole team is welcoming, friendly, and very professional.
The traditional cuisine is excellent, with generous, flavorful dishes that are consistently delicious. It's wonderful to find the same quality every time.
