Chez Carole sur Albi

The waitress was a bit curt when we first arrived, but she relaxed later on. Be warned, if you eat on the terrace in the evening, the sun will be directly in your face until it sets.

The music was far too loud in such a crowded restaurant... impossible to talk without shouting... a shame... everything else was perfect

A very warm welcome! The servers were very pleasant and attentive! Dogs are welcome, which is a nice touch! Good value for money, perfectly cooked, a beautiful blue cheese! I highly recommend it, thank you for this wonderful experience!

A real treat from the appetizers to the main course and dessert, and especially with the incredibly lovely and attentive staff. I haven't been there often, but it's truly a fantastic restaurant with attentive and efficient staff, and hardly any wait. In short, pure perfection. Thank you for your kindness, your delicious food, and your hospitality, as you even bought us a drink. I highly recommend Carole's (who is extremely lovely and friendly) and all the staff to everyone passing through our beautiful city, as well as to the residents of Albi.
