A wonderful discovery! A great place to eat. We were a group of 15 celebrating a birthday and were greeted with a smile. The meal was delicious. The owners were very understanding of everyone's dietary needs and attentive to their guests. Thank you for making my mother's birthday a success.

We were there for a birthday celebration, a table of 15 people. Being pregnant, I couldn't eat everything, but the manager made sure I could eat like everyone else by offering me alternatives, including cheese! A huge thank you to them; I had a wonderful time and the food was delicious!

Great place. Excellent local cuisine made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Special mention for the calf's head and the stockfish. Very good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'd like to ask all the critics why it's fully booked every Sunday with over 100 covers and a loyal clientele. I think they're the problem, not the restaurant, the owner, or the service. Don't change a thing, everything is perfect. We'll gladly return.

We had a wonderful time at this charming restaurant. From start to finish, the experience was perfect. Excellent welcome, exceptional value for money considering the dishes served (foie gras, linguine with sweetbreads, etc.), and they were very accommodating in making some adjustments to the menu for a pregnant woman. A nice little wine list with a delicious red wine straight from St. Guilhem le Désert. Pleasant atmosphere and a not-too-noisy dining room. A great place in the Aveyron countryside to remember! 😍😋😍

We had a wonderful time at Champagne, sharing it with our family! The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, the service was excellent, and the owners were very welcoming. The wine list is very well curated. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and highly recommend this restaurant.
