What a wonderful find L’Optimiste is! From the moment you arrive, you feel a genuinely warm welcome from the attentive staff who immediately put you at ease.
The dishes are simply delicious: flavorful, beautifully presented, and generous. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate.

Refined and generous cuisine
Truly French, just the way we like it
The atmosphere is warm and the attention to detail doesn't stop with the waitress, who is absolutely lovely and always smiling; she even goes so far as to provide sanitary napkins in the restrooms for our little oversights :)
I highly recommend this restaurant, a gem of our beautiful France, nestled between the Limousin and Occitanie regions.
