Chez Chau sur Marzy

Regular dinner at Chau's. Everything is perfect. The buffet was excellent for us. It's a shame the owner doesn't recognize all her customers. But the food is very good. Great atmosphere. Thank you. Keep it up!

We really like this little restaurant; it's a small, traditional buffet with a wok station run by Mr. Chau. It's true there isn't as much to eat as in other restaurants, and what's nice is that it's not noisy either.

The best Chinese restaurant I know, and I've tried about twenty in France. They use fresh ingredients, prioritize quality, and offer excellent service. While some are like giant canteens, this one maintains a family-run feel. Highly recommended.

Let's start with the waitress. The welcome was appalling; you get the feeling you're bothering her. Not a smile, just a weary look. The food was passable, although the buffet wasn't replenished often enough and was perhaps lukewarm. The fruit was questionable. I've eaten plenty of watermelon in my life, and this didn't taste like watermelon. It might be okay if you have absolutely nothing else to eat.

We love this restaurant. The food is great. However, we were served by a new, young waitress. Miss, please learn to say hello, to smile, and to clear the plates. In restaurant service, one must be pleasant and welcoming to customers.

The choice of dishes and desserts is rather limited. The dishes are often quite spicy!
