The lasagna was okay, but nothing special. We expected better from an Italian grocery store. The same goes for the mortadella. In short, a bit disappointed overall.

A revelation for the taste buds! An unassuming shop, far from the port and the docks... A warm welcome, a timeless atmosphere, and incredible quality... I recommend the cannelloni with ricotta cheese and the gorgonzola gnocchi... a delightful array of authentic flavors. We returned the same day to complete our tasting.

So I went there on November 11th to do a couple of shopping trips. I got lasagna, cannelloni, and a slice of pissaladière, which was, how shall I say, exceptional. If I had known, I would have ordered the whole platter. Otherwise, everything else was good; she's not at all stingy with the sauce. If I had to find a negative point, even though I don't like leaving bad reviews because business is very difficult these days, whatever it may be, building a reputation is even harder, and it's very, very easy to fall from grace, it would be the only small thing missing, I suppose, is a little smile from the owner. Which doesn't detract from her kindness.

12/04/2026: The restaurant is unusual in its decor. It has a large dining room, so even out of season we found a table without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, but once seated, we waited a long time for our order to be taken. At least we could have ordered drinks. Furthermore, there was no water on the table, and I asked for bread twice, but never received any. A shame. The waitresses didn't seem to have any system for assigning tables. We had tagliatelle with Roquefort cheese, which was very good. I would have liked a little more on my plate. We left without ordering dessert; the prices were exorbitant. It was impossible to have just one or two scoops of ice cream; it was a minimum of three for 9 euros. We won't be back.
07/04/2026: Probably the best pizzeria in Sanary-sur-Mer. The wood-fired pizza dough is legendary, with an interesting variety of choices. Don't hesitate to try the vegetarian pizzas; they're truly delicious, like the one topped with eggplant, capers, and peppers. Found on Yonder, this pizzeria is a must! It's advisable to arrive early in the evening, as service starts at 7:15 pm.

15/04/2026: A lovely atmosphere and good local cuisine. Having had pizza for lunch in Toulon, I opted for the tasting menu. The fish soup was excellent, the octopus stew quite good, but not spicy enough for my taste. A very good Côtes de Provence rosé, and a complimentary limoncello at the end. The coffee was also excellent. We'll be back for the pizzas!
14/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! The €27 set menu offers excellent value for money: the dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. You leave feeling completely satisfied without any frustration. The service is particularly pleasant: the staff is welcoming, smiling, and attentive without being intrusive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is elegant and warm, perfect for a lovely family meal. Our son especially enjoyed his children's menu with homemade fries and a perfectly cooked steak. As for me, the stuffed mussels were excellent, a real favorite. The only slight drawback: the linguine with octopus stew was a touch under-seasoned, but this is a minor detail considering the overall quality of the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant; we will gladly return.
