Here we are again in this lovely little restaurant! Sylvie is serving, William is in the kitchen, and the food is excellent—we want more! No need for a huge menu, just quality dishes like you know so well how to make! We wish you many more happy days and hope you always stay as you are: simple and authentic! Hats off to you, bravo to the artists!

Charming restaurant, hearty and quality cuisine. We enjoyed a superb duck Parmentier with porcini mushrooms, and the salmon blanquette was just as delicious! Everything is homemade! I highly recommend it. Thank you for your welcome and this pleasant time spent in your establishment!

While passing through Beaulieu, my wife and I had lunch at Colette's. The owner gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We had the €24 menu with a glass of wine and two coffees. The dishes were generous and delicious, using local produce. Congratulations to the owner (Colette's daughter) and her chef. She also has extremely clean restrooms. We highly recommend it.

We arrived well past the check-in time and were very well received.
Regarding the food, everything was fresh and delicious, from the starters (salmon capriccio)
to the main courses (cod loin and slow-cooked pork sauté)
to the desserts (Bleu d'Auvergne and caramelized pineapple skewer).
This place is highly recommended.

What a pleasant and wonderful discovery this little restaurant is.
A very friendly welcome, Colette is very pleasant, she takes great care of her little customers. 🤗 We came as a group of 4 for lunch.
A very comprehensive daily menu and very reasonably priced.
I highly recommend "Chez Colette."
