Every year when I'm in St. Georges, I stop by Dédé's. And every year, I'm amazed by the quality of the products. They're the best cooked langoustines and grey shrimp I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The aioli is the perfect accompaniment. A must-visit in the region. And for the rest of the year, I dream of finding products of such high quality closer to home, but in vain.

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it! My partner, our 3-year-old daughter, and I ate there. The service was impeccable, with a very nice touch for the children, like using a cup instead of a glass. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are delicious! The cod fritters are to die for! The welcome is perfect, with a very friendly and attentive owner! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again! Reservations are highly recommended.
