After a stroll around Montfuron, the restaurant's name caught my eye (as did my husband). So I booked a table, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The welcome was warm yet understated, the setting peaceful under a beautifully furnished shaded terrace. The cuisine was refined, with expertly balanced flavors, elegant presentation, and generous portions. We opted for the set menu. The choice of courses was varied enough to satisfy all three of us. We would definitely return.
