While visiting this restaurant, we enjoyed the octopus tentacles with mixed vegetables, the turbot, and the clams. The service was attentive and efficient.

Another visit, just as good as the first. The waiter was incredibly attentive, caring, smiling, and clearly happy to work at this establishment.
The setting overlooking the Thau Lagoon is really lovely.
The dishes were as generous and delicious as ever. We will definitely be back.

More than average... what saves it is the setting... aperitifs... forget the cocktails... the worst of our experiences... and we all shared this opinion... don't mention it to the waiter, he clearly doesn't know what customer service is; youth doesn't explain everything... luckily a pro... Hervé, I think, was top-notch... but not our waiter. As for the meal, the dishes were good and nicely presented... we were disappointed by the clam platter... 80% empty, but with pretty shells... the tielle was excellent... the crème brûlée for dessert was great... the Charlotte... well, nothing like a Charlotte, actually, two hard biscuits and whipped cream with a semblance of mousse that wasn't really chocolate... in short, an average meal but a magnificent setting. Well, 50 euros per person, the setting comes at a price.

Discovering the lovely town of Balaruc-les-Bains for a weekend, we found a small restaurant, as usual. This one remains our number one! The setting was incredible with a magnificent sunset, the service was impeccable, and the food was simply WOW! Words fail me; it was flawless from the starter—a perfect homemade tielle (a savory pie), cuttlefish cooked over a wood fire, and vegetables cooked to perfection—to the dessert, an incredibly generous homemade profiterole. Thank you so much! I had a wonderful time thanks to you, and I highly recommend your establishment. If you're in the area, you can go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed.

Excellent stopover on the Thau Basin. A warm welcome that lived up to expectations, and delicious food. Special mention goes to the profiterole, which is well worth the trip.
