We came for lunch during the week and were charmed by the place and the food. The dishes are prepared with precision and flair, yet appear deceptively simple. The desserts we tried were excellent. We'll be back very soon.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to Emmanuelle Jary, and I must say that I found exactly the same thing as what she presents in her video: very good food, a family atmosphere, and a lot of authenticity.

The welcome was pleasant at this establishment, whose walls and ceiling are covered with testimonials from literary figures and caricatures of politicians, giving it a unique character. The dishes were of uneven flavor and quality, and the meat was cooked somewhat inconsistently. The wait was long. We were a little disappointed.

A generous and delicious meal in this family-run restaurant steeped in history and memories from floor to ceiling. This is my second visit, and everything is excellent. The waitress is very kind and provides lots of helpful information. I will definitely return every time I'm in Brive-la-Gaillarde. Thank you.
