Simply excellent, François is super welcoming, more than excellent cuisine, old-fashioned atmosphere, magnificently rustic decor, from the front door which forces and creaks which I loved, to the service, everything is cooked in the logs the fireplace, the cutlery etc everything was perfect 🤩👍🏻, congratulations

There I put 5 stars everywhere, without any hesitation. We are not in a palace, we are not at Ducasse, Marx or Etchebest, we are in something real, solid, authentic. François le taulier, François le vibrion, François le maestro, he is everywhere. In a single large room, kitchen, fireplace and dining room, he reigns as conductor, he is everywhere! He serves the new arrivals a ladle, then comes to discuss the end of fat with everyone he listens to, advises, as a sincere friend. Then, while everyone religiously consumes their starter (here I recommend the pig's ear and the brandade) the circus act begins around the fireplace, its stoves, but not only... Between 2 cooking checks on the grill of the at the hearth, François comes in person to "tease the customer", inquires about everyone's satisfaction, appropriates it, makes it his own (here I would push for the whole pig's snout stuffed with black pudding, to share between two, as a friend or as a lover, a marvel). And at the end of this moment of extreme conviviality, the desserts, all hand-stitched, by François himself (rice or eggs with milk) they remind us of those of our grandmothers, simmered, delicate, sure values to be taken very seriously . Finally comes the bill, modestly reasonable, with its taste of "come back and see me!", Well you know what, my François? Well, we're going to come back, damn it, and often more!

Quite simply the best restaurant of my life. A real culinary journey and a crazy discovery. The desserts were so good that I had a second one and for my snout it was a first and a real delight. The impeccable service, owner and waiter of incredible kindness.

venus apres avoir vu la video d Emanuel Jary , patron glacial , tres bonne cote de boeuf malheureusement tres mal couper par le meme glacial patron , une poigner de sel facon nusret par dessus et bon appetit . pas de jus pas de bearnaise ou aucune sauce . saucisse bonne , groin de cochon farci boudin hyper sec , cailliette boudin seche aussi , terrine tres bonne , salade de lentilles et andouilles bonne , dessert sans aucun interet . le restaurant est petit donc plein tous les jours . tans mieux mais ce nest pas pour moi .

Belle découverte. Carte terroir. Tout est bon dans le cochon, et s'il y a un problème le chef propose de changer de plat ou ne vous le compte pas. la franchise est de rigueur. Nous avons découvert des plats simples mais bons ( salade d'oreilles de porc, groin ou pied de cochon farçis au boudin, piquette et confitures maison ) et que dire de la côte de boeuf fondante et des frites maison.
