A restaurant like you just don't find anymore, everything was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff were welcoming.

A wonderful stay at Françoise's. It was perfect from beginning to end.

During a weekend in Corrèze, we stopped at Françoise Bleu's for a (very) delicious break! From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A word of advice: don't miss the famous calf's head vinaigrette, which lives up to its reputation. Moreover, the hostess takes the time to chat with each guest, which is very pleasant but all too rare in this fast-paced world.

Great lunch! Cozy dining room. Unique restaurant. Normally you can't get in without a reservation. We were lucky. Also a shop with high-quality regional products. And Francoise: she was there too and created the atmosphere. If only our French had been a bit better!

We absolutely loved our weekend at Françoise's. The food was excellent, and the room was superb and peaceful. Françoise might seem reserved at first, but we quickly felt her warmth. She gave us genuine cycling advice, enjoyed pleasant conversations, and even a few playful teasing moments at dinner 😊. A far cry from the dismissive reviews of two women on Google, here there's no forced smile, just a truly warm, discreet, and attentive welcome. An address to treasure. Thank you.

For Bordeaux wine lovers, this cellar is a treasure trove showcasing the very best that the Corrèze region has to offer. The restaurant is a warm and authentic place, imbued with Françoise's soul and character! We love it! Long live Corrèze!

Just one word: PERFECT. The food was excellent, as always (beef shank and foie gras salad, calf's head, profiteroles—delicious!). The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and welcoming... a very pleasant chat with Françoise. We will return again and again. Never disappointed! We highly recommend it. A superb place where the local cuisine is delicious, and I have a real weakness for the desserts.

We went to this inn in Meymac, in the Corrèze region. Being originally from Corrèze (even though I now live in the Vendée), this visit had a very special flavor. We had a wonderful time as a family. Here, there's no rush: you take the time to savor traditional, generous, and authentic dishes, accompanied by excellent wines that you can even choose directly from a remarkable cellar, filled with fine selections. Françoise is truly delightful; she takes the time to chat and share stories, particularly her fond memories of Jacques Chirac, who used to come here regularly. A pleasure we shared, as we also appreciated her. A warm, genuine place where you feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

On Saturday, March 28th, we had a lovely time at this restaurant as a family. We were all delighted by this restaurant, which we hadn't been to before. The food was superb, and the wine cellar was especially impressive... Bravo, Madame!
