Thank you for the warm welcome and the quality of your cuisine, which truly transports you. The chef's explanation of the plantain banana was delightful! And the financier, which is anything but subtle as a dessert 😉, is a coconut financier in the style of profiteroles. We highly recommend it, and that's coming from four seasoned foodies. My godmother was transported back to the Africa of her childhood.
