Nouveau resto le Brocolis gourmand très bon. Service rapide et très sympathique. Carte simple avec soit burger soit plat vege. Produits frais et bons.Prix un peu élevé.

The daily specials are always full of flavor, seasonal and local! The flavors are always very well worked, whether at Gaia or at the gourmet broccoli now 😉 Thank you for valuing plant-based cuisine so much!

Une merveilleuse découverte! Ce restaurant bio offre le savoir-faire d'une cuisine fraîche et savoureuse avec des produits de qualité. La citronnade bio était un pur délice. Le hamburger végétarien excellent. Le plat du jour, qui change régulièrement, consistait en une poêlée de légumes au four dont chaque bouchée était un régal. Plats copieux. On aurait voulu prendre un dessert mais notre estomac s'y est opposé. L'endroit est tranquille en terrasse. Service vraiment impeccable et chaleureux. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Je recommande sans hésiter.

A wonderful discovery! This organic restaurant offers the know-how of fresh and tasty cuisine with quality products. The organic lemonade was a pure delight. The vegetarian burger is excellent. The dish of the day, which changes regularly, consisted of a pan of baked vegetables, each bite of which was a treat. Hearty dishes. We would have liked to have dessert but our stomach was against it. The place is quiet on the terrace. Truly impeccable and warm service. We will return there for sure. I recommend without hesitation.

Passing through for the day, we arrived in Chambéry around 2:45 p.m., with the fear of not finding anything to eat... that was without counting on "Chez Gaïa" where we were warmly received! We enjoyed the coconut curry soup, the zucchini toast and the delicious vegan desserts! A real pleasure, congratulations again and thank you!
