Excellent cuisine featuring specialties from the Ardèche and Rhône-Alpes regions, among others, and a good selection of wines. Local, fresh, and high-quality products. Very good value for money. The welcome is warm and friendly in a beautiful, newly renovated dining room, and on sunny days, the pleasant panoramic shaded terrace is a real bonus. A delicious and convivial meal is guaranteed, and we will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team at "Chez Germaine"!

A warm welcome. Good, homemade food at an affordable price. A lovely terrace with a breathtaking view. Well worth a visit.

Hotel Restaurant des Negociants

15/04/2026: Thank you for the welcome before the hotel opened, which allowed us to park our bikes safely and return to our room. Dinner and breakfast were at the hotel restaurant, which was open for guests.
12/04/2026: A very friendly, family-run hotel where we received a very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and quiet. Good local cuisine. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay there again. We also greatly appreciated their help when our bike broke down on the climb to Lamastre.
