Delicious cuisine: exquisite poultry and succulent sorbets. Elegant service.

This restaurant was cute but not impressive. Overall the chef needs to tidy up the kitchen. First the appetizer the creamy stracciatella lacked flavor. Just add maybe a mint puree in olive oil or something. The steak i asked for medium, was almost well done, although it still tasted very good. The potatoes gratin dauphinois were very good. Beef tar tare was solid and well balanced. Bread, a sour dough was tough. The strawberry fraisier dessert was excellently made in technique but lacked flavor. Add more strawberry sauce and madagascar vanilla to the cream and this would be amazing. These are easy improvements, so i wouldn't count it out, but taste > presentation.

What a culinary gem! Despite the heat, lunch was a success. I highly recommend the "oeil mollet" (a type of squid), it was amazing. Everything was delicious. I recommend it and I'll be back.

What a delightful time we had on Rue d'Assas! The setting is warm and inviting, with solid wood tables perfect for a relaxing evening. We were particularly impressed by the exquisite presentation of the dishes, especially the perfectly seared scallops presented on a bed of creamy sauce. Every bite was a treat for the taste buds. The service was impeccable from start to finish. We left delighted and will be back very soon to try the rest of the menu.
