Excellent cuisine, very happy to have been able to find Jean Noel among the dozens of tourist restaurants in the village. The chestnut flan is absolutely wonderful. We will come back with pleasure!

A meal the way we like it! If you are looking for authenticity, hearty, tasty dishes, a service where friendliness and courtesy are present without forgetting conviviality… you are in the right place! Our choice fell on the tripette and the cannelloni and for dessert the chestnut flan and the fiadone…simply a treat! We highly recommend!!!

Incontournable ,pour nous ce restaurant est « le plus Corse des restaurants de la ville » de l’entrée au dessert de la fraîcheur à la qualité de la cuisine ! Que choisir entre les spécialités proposées ! Cette fois-ci ce sera « les tripettes à la sartenaise » le Flan à la châtaigne et l’assiette de fromage !! Merci pour l’accueil et le service !👌

19/10/2023: A very nice discovery! Restaurant in a small street in Sartène, quiet and very picturesque. Everything is excellent, of course the cuisine, but also the welcome and the atmosphere. I highly recommend.
