What a fantastic experience! After driving over 500 km, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner and found this place through Google. Even though we didn't have a reservation, the incredibly friendly staff – and perhaps even the owner himself – managed to get us a table. We are so grateful for that. Only later did we learn that the owner is a well-known figure in the local rugby scene. That made the evening even more special. The food was excellent, the atmosphere warm, and the hospitality exceptional. You don't feel like a guest here, but rather like part of a large, loving family. Thank you so much for this unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back!

Chez Franck is a very good meat restaurant. We were almost fooled by the entrance. It looked like there were no guests so we almost moved on. But all the guests were sitting in the back and in fact it was pretty full. Diner and wine were very good. Enjoyed it !!!

Very warm welcome, excellent choice of dishes: 2 salads, the Gerçoise and the Vicenzo: very generous and delicious! We highly recommend it!

We hadn't booked. They found us a small table. Great atmosphere. The meat was delicious. Beautiful cuts for grilling. I recommend it.

We went there with friends, not knowing anything about it, and we went back a week later because it was so good 😋 Besides the delicious food, there was a friendly atmosphere. In short, a great restaurant, especially for big meat eaters 😉

01/08/2026: Both ordered the duck which was excellent. Really well cooked and very generous portions. We then shared the pain perdu for dessert. One of our best meals on our trip and would definitely recommend! Was very surprised to see that it was so quiet when we visited (fairly sure it was a Friday night) so writing this review in the hope that others will see it and go! It's slightly away from the main area on a quiet street but only around 5 mins walk and definitely worth the effort.
17/07/2026: My cousins ​​recommended this restaurant, and I had a wonderful time in this haven of peace and tranquility. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The misting fans in the courtyard kept us perfectly cool during our lunch. Go for it!
