Family restaurant with excellent cuisine, fresh produce, and, alongside the usual classics (nems, ravioli, Bo bun, soups, etc.), certain Vietnamese dishes that are rarely or never found elsewhere. Take an interest in the dish of the day, not served every day! which generally reserves a lot of boldness.

On a business trip, I ordered two nights in a row for takeaway dinners. The reception was quite inconsistent: warm and helpful on the first day, not so much the day after... However, the food was good! 🇻🇳🍲 The Vietnamese cuisine could be perceived though I'm not sure the dishes I had selected are the best examples to experience the full Saigon / Hanoi experience... Day one: 🦑 I tried the squid which was so soft (not chewy as it often occurs). A delicate texture slightly crunchy on the outside, soft inside. Day Two: 🐠 Oh gosh the salt and pepper fish (pango)! Yummy as it can be! On both nights, the veggies I ordered were fresh, and perfectly cooked and the portions generous enough If you're in the area, try "Chez Kim" I'm pretty sure you'll like it!
