A wonderful experience dining outdoors in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The food was simple, unpretentious, but of very high quality. Impeccable service. A highly recommended restaurant.

A fantastic time at La Mère 6 Sous!
The decor transports you to a charmingly rustic French atmosphere, where life is good. You can indulge in comforting dishes reminiscent of a Sunday lunch at Grandma's... The French ribeye steak with fries and pepper sauce: a real treat!
The servers are incredibly attentive.
In short, I highly recommend it!

Friendly atmosphere.
The dishes are decent, but the meat side dishes are always fried, with no other options.
And what's more, they're not even fries, but rather slightly overcooked sliced apples.
The meat wasn't cooked properly; the rare steak turned into bloody rare.
I didn't like the timing of the aperitif, charcuterie board, and hot appetizers being served all at once.
Aside from that, the service was pleasant and quick.
3 stars would have been too harsh. 4 is a generous rating.
The value for money is borderline high.

We came as a family today, May 12, 2026. My dear sister and her husband were already familiar with the restaurant. What can I say? The welcome was wonderful, the portions were very generous, and the dishes were all made with excellent, fresh ingredients, with a subtle touch of presentation from appetizer to dessert. Not to mention the owner, the waitstaff, and let's not forget the decor and the music. A thousand thanks to Freddy and Francine for introducing us to this culinary gem.

Excellent food! We had the stuffed sole, which was delicious, as well as the chocolate and caramel profiteroles and a gourmet tea. Highly recommended!
