Amazing sandwiches and cheese selection. The proprietor was extremely knowledgable and friendly. After we got a delicious meal with some vin chaud, he helped us select the right cheeses to make fondue, and even took the time to teach us how to properly prepare the cheese for fondue at home.

Delicious sandwich with the dried or sechee beef and the molten raclette. Be warned, it is a huge sandwich that is gonna fuel a whole afternoon of skiing and you won’t need to have dinner either!
