The price-quality ratio is very inflated (74 euros for the set menu). The starter was decent, the fish (sea bass) was cold, undercooked, and poorly prepared, the gratin was acceptable, and the dessert was good (in my opinion). You pay more for the panoramic view and setting than for the food! Very disappointed 😞

I went to the restaurant at the Christmas market. On the menu: wild boar stew, wild game from Alsace, served with roasted apples… The apple wasn't roasted at all: it had clearly just been cut and placed on the plate, raw and cold. I ended up receiving the main course and dessert at the same time. I was very disappointed and I think it was the last time, because paying €21 for that dish… :/

We bought some white pudding at the Christmas market and were very disappointed. It was pasty and tasteless, and the truffle mushroom was also tasteless. We will not return to that chalet at the Christmas market.

Excellent restaurant with a breathtaking view of Grenoble… However, a minor drawback: the €15 desserts are far too expensive and unjustified! It's a shame, and it might deter future visits…

It was a magnificent experience both culinary and panoramic, a breathtaking view. We had a great time, we will come back, just a shame it is so far for us.

We had our wedding lunch at Per Gras and what a great idea we had: an extraordinary setting and a superb market menu with generous and delicious dishes! Thank you to the entire Per Gras team who gave us a wonderful time for our wedding.

We opted for the harvest menu. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Our only complaint was that the bread served with the food wasn't up to the standard of the cuisine.
