We went to dinner at Chez Dumé, as we do every time we're in Corsica. And it's a must-try. Beyond the exceptional setting, the staff is lovely, the place is spotless (from the restrooms to the kitchens), and the food is simply delicious. The Corsican menu is a must-try! The fritters are a classic, the fresh fish ceviche is delicious, and the suckling lamb is a real treat. I highly recommend it.

It's simple... It was perfect from arrival to departure! A new take on local cuisine with quality ingredients! An extraordinary setting and friendly, incredibly efficient staff!

Given the maximum 5-star rating, I can't give it more, which is a shame... The food is excellent, the service is top-notch with smiling, friendly, and professional staff in all circumstances (even with tired and irritable children)... And the highlight is the VIEW!!! It's absolutely breathtaking; even the photos can't do it justice!!! A must-do!!!!

A menu with a wide selection, service completely tailored to the guests, delicious dishes, an exceptional view, especially at sunset, and above all, the menu is not expensive.
Highly recommended. We understand why Chez Leon is a daily draw for bus tours.
Here, you will find a team that knows they are hosts. Nothing but compliments.
We concluded our fantastic week in Cateri with a delicious dinner.

A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!
The view is magnificent and makes the meal even more enjoyable. The risotto is delicious, accompanied by the calls of the falcons—a moment that is both indulgent and soothing.
A big thank you also to the staff, who are incredibly kind. A truly wonderful experience!
