887 A blast from the past with a decidedly authentic flavor. The restaurant will welcome you with its simple, spartan wooden interior: a place from another era where simplicity reigns supreme, instantly making you feel like you're in an old mountain tavern. The cuisine perfectly reflects the atmosphere: * Garbure: Simply excellent, rich and comforting as tradition dictates. * Venison: Cooked to perfection, flavorful, and carefully prepared. * Portions: Definitely generous, designed for true mountaineers. The only major enigma of the evening? The decidedly small glasses. A folkloristic detail that I still haven't figured out whether to consider a touch of vintage charm or an excuse to have to pour wine constantly! Overall, a genuine, hearty, and unfussy experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for substance and pure tradition.

Best soup I’ve ever had after my mum’s. Don’t miss their grilled beef. Lovely atmosphere and great service. We also enjoyed their home made peche wine. We’ll come back in our next visit. À la prochaine!
