29/08/2026: We had to cancel twice before we could finally experience the cuisine at Le Jas, and last night we were able to enjoy the inviting terrace and the very friendly welcome at this restaurant. Nestled in the heart of a famous Provençal village, it offers exquisite cuisine accompanied by an impressive wine list. Long live Le Jas!

26/08/2026: Finally, a kitchen run by a passionate chef. Good ingredients, prepared simply but above all with excellence! From the date amuse-bouche to the truffle dessert, not forgetting the tomato trio 😋, it's a delight for the eyes and the palate. The cooking is perfectly executed (veal and lobster) and the flavors are balanced. A truly wonderful experience. The chef and the waitress were professional, humble, and friendly. I loved the calm atmosphere and the charm of the place on this late August evening, even though the restaurant is located on a small street. Thank you for this delightful moment, which gives hope for a cuisine of taste and refinement, largely forgotten in other establishments. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real gem!
