31/07/2026: Brigitte Mollin Public post on Google Rooms Service Location I've been coming to this hotel for over 15 years, especially for the piano festival, at the Logis Hôtel Le Mas de Jossyl. It's ideally located near the Parc de Florans. This year, there were some surprises: a beautiful renovation of the restaurant, a new chef—everything was perfect. A special thank you to the service staff, who are very helpful and lovely. Congratulations to the two managers, and please give a big kiss to Sylvie and José, who are the founders of this establishment. Brigitte.

27/07/2026: Excellent stay thanks to the general manager, his deputy, his chef, and the entire team. All were lovely, very attentive, and provided personalized care for each guest. The place is splendid and perfectly peaceful—exactly what I was looking for—and beautifully maintained. I'll definitely be back for a future stay. Thank you all. Armelle BUSQUET.

28/07/2026: Exceptional food, a shame about the service. There was a special menu for the piano festival. Two of us ordered it. A truly excellent meal, a real treat for the palate. As for the service, there was too long a wait, no explanations, and many order errors (three out of four drinks were wrong), including the dessert, which wasn't the one on the menu we ordered, and we weren't informed. They tried to serve us something else instead. I'll go back for the quality of the food, hoping the service will be better.

15/07/2026: It's hard to describe the culinary experience we had at this wonderful restaurant. We ordered the truffle tasting menu, and it was an excellent choice—I highly recommend it.

21/06/2026: Delicious!! Delicious Delicious. Ordered the fillet and a burger and believe it or not the best meal I’ve had in Paris. Went for lunch.

20/06/2026: Classic French table done right. Expensive for what it is but the whole experience is fantastic. Nothing crazy but everything very well executed and generous portions.

01/07/2026: From the moment we arrived, the smiles and warm welcome set the tone for a perfect meal. The tasting experience lived up to the service: a refined, indulgent dish, crafted with great elegance. The flavor combinations were unexpected and always original, demonstrating impressive technical skill and a genuine respect for the finest ingredients. A pure delight for the palate.

17/06/2026: Excellent food; the entrecote was perfect, as were the salad and appetizers. The setting was a bit unusual for a restaurant, but no matter, the chef is fantastic and knows what he's doing. And the service was excellent too, always with a smile and very attentive. We had a wonderful evening and would gladly return.
