12/06/2026: Nice to visit if you are in the area. Didn't do the guided tour because of the dog.

A 10/10 rating isn't possible, so the maximum is 5/5. The welcome was superb, always smiling, always a kind word. In short, I feel right at home in this inn in Alsace! Everything is homemade, with quality ingredients, wonderfully cooked, beautifully presented, and generous portions... the desserts are the same. I do have a weakness for the profiteroles with hot chocolate and nougat glacé with raspberry coulis—a real treat... but the rhubarb meringue tart, ah! A delight... in short, everything is good.
My husband devoured the trout, I enjoyed the asparagus puff pastry (it was asparagus season!), and the kidneys with mushrooms 🍄 in a sauce so good you could lick the plate clean, but it's not proper, so you scrape it well... it's so delicious! And yet, that's not how it's done...
The team is fantastic—quick, efficient, and I appreciate the chefs checking in to see if everything was alright!
I can't wait to come back in September.
Well done to the whole team, have a great summer, and don't change a thing, it's PERFECT.
It's best to book ahead.
I recommend this inn; you won't be disappointed (unless you're very picky...). The quality, the welcome, and the prices are all very reasonable for the quality of the food.
Well done, because that's rare!
