A true discovery at the end of a small, winding, and narrow road, but at the end of it, pure bliss awaits. Homemade, fresh, and traditional cuisine. Top-notch service, plus the added bonus of having a true connoisseur and guide to the wines that perfectly complement the dishes. A family meal. A charming, typical mountain restaurant. We had a reservation, so no problem. It was very busy, too noisy to have a normal conversation, and if you speak loudly, your neighbors at the next table can join in, which is a shame. The music was varied but not always great! The roasted pork shoulder and potatoes, and the sauerkraut, were excellent. I would have liked a bit more cabbage, though! The service was adequate. The prices are just slightly above average in my opinion, considering the portion sizes.

A rather out-of-the-way spot, but it's worth the detour. The dishes are quite generous, and some are unusual and well-executed.
There's a slight wait for the food to be served, so allow a little time!
Overall, I recommend it!
