I love this restaurant; the dishes are very flavorful and aromatic. The portions are generous. The service is very pleasant, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated, quite quiet at lunchtime (and air-conditioned!). Uzbek cuisine is not very well represented in Paris, so for those who aren't familiar with it, you absolutely must try Tashkent!

A family atmosphere, a clientele that's half Uzbek and half Parisian, lovely decor, and flavorful, generous cuisine. Perhaps it's thanks to the young, Uzbek staff 🙂 A well-deserved €45 for an aperitif, starter, main course, and dessert. A long, spacious terrace overlooks the parking spaces on a very quiet street. Admittedly, it's August, but the neighborhood is peaceful because it's residential and away from major roads. Metro line 10, Commerce station, is a 5-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful time last night! Everything was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and you could tell it was all homemade. The service was also very pleasant. I'm thrilled to have discovered a new Central Asian restaurant. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Overall, it's pretty good, but the impression remains mixed. The biggest drawback is the price: it's a bit expensive (although it might be cheap for Paris, I don't know). As for the food: the lagman noodles were clearly too frozen, and everything was overcooked in the sauce. There's potential, but for now, it's not good value for money.
