Everything was perfect! Well eaten in an original setting and with attentive service. To do again to try the huge desserts!

We immerse ourselves in a flea market world, it’s teeming with details and crazy things. We are well received, the time to examine the decor the orders are sent and we are served quickly. The dishes, local specialties are tasty, we enjoyed ourselves. A nice, good-natured atmosphere remains in these places, which I obviously recommend.

It is a very warm and welcoming place with a very original decor that is worth the detour. The time of a meal is not enough to examine all the decoration. You will surely have to come back several times to enjoy this setting! I particularly advise you to go and look upstairs, the ceiling is incredible! We eat very well there, with gourmet, hearty and tasty dishes like at Maman's. In short, a good restaurant to go to, and which allows me to end my Nantes getaway on a very good note! 😊

Atypical place with great decor and great service. Unfortunately the promise of dishes like "Chez Maman" is not really kept and that's a shame... Not much is missing. I had a beef bourguignon, a dish that is not complicated and easy to serve because it has to simmer for a very, very, very long time. The longer it simmers the better it is. And that was not the case. The beef was not tender at all, the carrots were not cooked and the dish was not very hot. It seems that this dish is not made on site but only reheated. It's really regrettable In short: I DID NOT FEEL “At Mom’s House”.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by the staff. This created a friendly atmosphere and we immediately felt welcome. We dined in the upstairs room, it's a real journey through time. The details of the decoration, inspired by past decades, added a unique touch to our meal. It was like eating in a retro museum. We started with the sardine rillettes, which were very good. They whetted our appetite. The steak tartares, cut with a knife, were a real treat. The meat was perfectly seasoned and melt in the mouth. And to finish for dessert: The Breton tiramisu was a real pleasure for the taste buds. In summary, I highly recommend the restaurant "Chez Maman". Not only is the food excellent, but the retro atmosphere and warm welcome make it a place where you feel good.
