Chez Mamema sur Obenheim

We went there quite late one evening on a whim. We received a very warm welcome. The service was impeccable, and the decor transports you into Mamema's world! I recommend the house aperitif, Mamema's Port, and we chose four different dishes. Everything was excellent. We will gladly return on our next trip to the area.

Excellent restaurant, we went twice: once on a Sunday for the à la carte menu and once during the week for the daily special. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very generous; you definitely won't leave hungry. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Honestly, what a wonderful surprise! The tarte flambée was extraordinary. The pork spider steak with sautéed potatoes and curly endive salad, and especially the excellent homemade vinaigrette, were all superb. The Meteor white beer and the Alsatian wine were also excellent. I highly recommend spending a very pleasant time at this Alsatian restaurant.

Having recently moved to the area, we've been to this restaurant twice. The first time, we tried and enjoyed the tarte flambée. We went back yesterday, and after complaining about the size difference between two cordon bleus, we were pleasantly surprised by the chef's response: he served us an extra one without charging us. We also enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms, which were delicious. We will definitely be back.
