Chez Mamie sur Avignon

A warm welcome, a very friendly team, and a charming place. The cocktail and wine were very good. However, the veggie bowl food isn't a well-structured dish, nor is it balanced for a vegetarian diet... It's just the vegetables from the other dishes, without even a source of plant-based protein. What a shame! It seems better if you eat fish and meat. Besides, it's quite expensive for just vegetables...

Absolutely perfect. A really lovely place. The staff were fantastic. The meal was incredibly generous. During the Avignon Festival, we appreciated the calm and cool atmosphere. How can I describe the perfect cooking, the perfect balance of flavors? A tarragon sauce accompanied the enormous pork chop. The baby potatoes were cooked to perfection. The daily special was also a very generous portion of salmon. They weren't rushed. The non-alcoholic beer was so good you could almost mistake it for alcohol. They really know their stuff. It smells of fresh ingredients, of quality craftsmanship. A top-notch team. Thank you for this excellent experience. You were so attentive. Go there!

Impeccable and very fast service. The melon and watermelon salad was very fresh. The burrata was more like mozzarella, which was a shame. They cater to dietary needs. I will return.

Finding a restaurant offering home-style cooking during the festival is a real challenge. Challenge accepted at Mamie's. Top-notch welcome and service. A tempting menu that lives up to its promises. Very reasonable prices. After 20 years of attending the festival, we've finally found our go-to spot!

I would like to emphasize the exceptional quality of the welcome, the professionalism of the service, and the excellent cuisine, all of which greatly contributed to the success of this event. The entire team demonstrated great attentiveness and remarkable attention to detail. A truly high-quality establishment that I highly recommend: an address not to be missed when visiting Avignon.
