Chez Marc sur Toulouse

Having discovered this address almost a year ago, we went there regularly with a certain pleasure. Moreover, we highly recommended this address to those around us, proof that we appreciated it. Not long ago, a friend told us that he had been there for lunch on our recommendation and said he was a little disappointed. I tried to convince him that it was best in the evening (we had only been there in the evening) and he tried the experience again with us one evening. That it was not our disappointment to see: - on too many occasions several empty trays or empty refrigerators for desserts even though we arrived at 8 p.m. and left at 10:30 p.m. - foie gras no longer in a "block" but in a small slice of bread (which encourages you to take less, especially if you don't want toasted bread but normal bread) - smoked salmon is no longer self-service in a dish but in small pieces on small plates (which encourages you to take less) - the snails have disappeared for a few months (maybe for a good reason, I can't say) - less choice (more tuna, less cheese, etc.), especially since the "move" of this department with the others So, I clearly feel mixed, hence this note. With my wife, we have the impression that these choices were motivated by financial optimization, to the detriment of the "customer experience" which was better a few months ago. It's a shame because it was my favorite address around Toulouse and I hesitate to come back because of this... Fortunately, in terms of taste, especially for the beef skewer, it's top notch!

All-you-can-eat evening menu at 39 euros - red wine by the glass served too hot - we did not find the different meat dishes to our taste OK for starters and dessert but in the end the value for money is not good for us

Very good buffet, very average dish

Very nice restaurant, we took the starter and unlimited desert formula. That was more than enough! Easy access with Wazes!

Clean restaurant. Wines for 4 people, Roussillon bottles (1). And on the Rhône side (1) it’s fine. Huge cold meats and cheese, desserts 50.50 half homemade, the rest industrial. Cold starter 50.50 good, the rest meh, hot starter meh. Very salty dish and homemade fries mediocre (changed the oil more often). Huge staff. Price 220 to 4 correct.

A very good welcome. A very nice setting. A large buffet of fresh produce, meats, fish, cheeses and unlimited desserts. It was honestly very good. We had an excellent evening. Thank you to the staff for the service and the smile.

We had a good tasting of the various buffets and prepared dishes. Very professional, welcoming and pleasant staff. The products are of good quality, we recognize that they are homemade and it is pleasant. Quite a few cold starters, cheeses and desserts delighted us. We didn't like the fries which accompanied most of the hot prepared dishes, much too oily, too bad even basic vegetables were not offered. Downside on the flank steak skewer which was excellent except that it was bathed in oil. We will return with pleasure to taste what we were unable to taste the first time.

My colleagues and I decided to try it, we didn't regret it, we enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffets for cold or hot starters and then for the desserts, a killer experience. We will certainly come back to it with other colleagues to let them know about it. The only downside is the noise, the room where the buffets are located is very bright.

Very nice place, the food is great with a multitude of choices and most importantly, everything is unlimited for €39, not including drinks, the supply is very short and the food is very good!
