Excellent restaurant. Marie is very welcoming and chats with her customers without any airs. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Everything is homemade. I highly recommend it.

An excellent place for a great meal! I was looking for a restaurant serving duck, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The dishes are high quality and very good value for money. I highly recommend this place; it's definitely worth the trip. I'll be back with pleasure! The seasonal fruit clafoutis is a culinary delight! 🥳

We came to eat at Marie La Rochelle, a tiny restaurant located within the walls of the covered market in downtown La Rochelle, which offers delicious products from the Périgord region. We had a wonderful time and the food was truly excellent. If you're looking for a friendly, unpretentious place where the food is good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, look no further! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and manages her restaurant perfectly, all on her own, both in the kitchen and with the service—kudos for her energy and professionalism! We highly recommend it and will definitely come back to eat at your restaurant on our next visit to La Rochelle 😊

While visiting La Rochelle with my mother, we stumbled upon this charming, unique little restaurant. Sometimes things just work out for the best, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meal and the friendliness of the owner. We highly recommend it.
