Passing through Dax to discover this extraordinary market, I relied on the reviews below for my choice of restaurant and I was not disappointed. So much for my meeting with Marie Paule, her place on a human scale and her exquisite cuisine. A great meeting that I highly recommend.

Delicious ! Everything is delicious! Homemade cuisine, charming Marie-Paule, very nice setting. Menu exclusively based on very refined pies. I recommend the apple and goat cheese salad tart, You can also “taste” it, in the sun on the pedestrian square. And a detail that is not at all trivial for purists: Marie Paule makes “real” tea. Not lukewarm water and the sachet. See you next year Marie Paule and well done!
