It's terrible, the staff is incompetent. We waited ages before getting our order, and the waitress took her sweet time chatting with the other customers.

Excellent restaurant. The fish was cooked to perfection, the risotto was delicious, and the Caesar salad was generous and absolutely delicious. And the chocolate royal... to die for! The servers are lovely. Located on the banks of the Vidourle River, the setting is charming. Don't hesitate, you'll receive a very warm welcome and enjoy a wonderful meal!

What a wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic family meal at Tibère. Everything here is perfect for a great meal: fresh, homemade ingredients, generous portions, and exceptionally friendly service. The burger was excellent. You can immediately taste the difference: the sauce is homemade, the vegetables add a real touch of freshness and originality, and the whole thing is truly delicious. The beef tartare was also excellent, perfectly seasoned. We also loved the children's menu. Finally, a restaurant that doesn't just serve up mass-produced nuggets! Here, the nuggets are real homemade tenders, crispy with a delicious seeded breadcrumb coating, served with absolutely excellent homemade mashed potatoes (or fries, if you prefer). Our children devoured them. A special mention goes to the staff, who were lovely, smiling, and attentive from beginning to end. It's truly a pleasure to eat in a place that prioritizes quality, homemade food, and a warm welcome. An address that we recommend without hesitation and where we will gladly return if we pass through Sommières again.

Delicious, friendly, and cozy by the water. What more could you ask for? Two weeks into our vacation and we are nearing the end of our holiday. For everyone, this was the best restaurant we’ve been to. It is best to make a reservation just to be safe.

A wonderful discovery! This magnificent restaurant on the banks of the Vidourle River was a delight. The terrace is lovely. The meal was magical, from the perfectly cooked fish to the delicious dessert. I recommend it 200%! The owners and staff were very friendly.
