The food was extremely good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining room and patio are truly beautiful, but the restaurant is difficult to find, and the exterior doesn't live up to what's inside!

A truly wonderful discovery.
The setting is delightful, and the experience was impeccable from start to finish.
We particularly appreciated the exquisite presentation, the precise cooking, and above all, the exceptional quality of the sauces, which added a great deal of elegance and depth to the dishes. The flavor combinations were delicate and highly successful, with a special mention for the mint-chocolate pairing in the dessert, which was subtle, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.
A refined, creative, and sensitive cuisine, where you can feel the genuine care taken with every detail. A truly wonderful restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent cuisine with different menus at all price points and a very affordable lunch menu for the quality! The limited selection is justified by their mastery of the ingredients! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! And then the dessert... I never usually have dessert and don't have much of a sweet tooth, but this was exceptional!
If I'm ever back in Sommières, I know where I'll be eating!
