Very, very pleasantly surprised. A small, local bistro that's clearly very popular. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. A set menu, but generous portions, perfectly cooked, a fantastic cheese platter, and a fairly wide selection of desserts. All this at an unbeatable price. Bravo!

Living near Condat for a large part of the year, we often have the opportunity to have lunch at "Chez Marthe." The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with two fantastic waitresses, and the meals are fresh and homemade, prepared by Chef Nicolas. The set menu is straightforward at €16, including starters, a main course, a cheese platter, and homemade desserts (wine and coffee included). It's truly a charming country bistro.
