A good address found by chance while going to Cap Découverte for a conference where everything is closed in October. Small restaurant in Carmaux but surely the best. A starter, main course, dessert menu with 2 choices and nothing else, no menu but only good products, beautiful presentation and masterful cooking. Perfect welcome, simple, friendly. The owner cooks and participates in the service. We only had 45 minutes for lunch: contract fulfilled! So 5 stars, good address that is worth the visit.
