Excellent, very, very good cuisine. Very good quality products in a short circuit. We will come back for sure. Well we went back and surprise it's still just as good, whether it's the dishes or the desserts. The staff is very pleasant and Mathilde has a kindness worthy of a great person. On a short stay on the banks of the lake...we found this address thanks to our friend Google. The setting is friendly, the welcome very warm and dynamic. We started with a cucumber appetizer...it was excellent. We continued with the cheese platter and the Fera carpaccio...a killer, super good...to continue with the celebrations with the Arctic Char for two with its carrot puree and small vegetables (accompanied by a local white wine recommended)....same, a very good discovery, a delight for the taste buds...my partner and I were wondering when there would be a disappointment...never. The desserts arrived...for me the chocolate heart and ice cream and my partner the crumble...Same thing, controlled desserts, not too sweet...another little treat. Indeed, this quality of cuisine comes at a price and I must say that it is well worth it after spending the evening "Chez Mathilde"....Congratulations to the whole team, your work is of quality and carried out with passion.
