We were lucky enough to dine at Chez Michèle last night.
We opted for the tasting menu. What can I say except Wow! I won't go into detail about everything we enjoyed so as not to spoil it for future guests, but between lobster, caviar, and foie gras, our taste buds were in heaven.
A special mention and a big thank you to our hostess Magalie, who pampered us throughout the evening. We will definitely be back.

IT'S A SCANDAL!
There you have it. Now that I have your attention, let's consider the fact that, beyond a certain level of recognition, like (say) a Michelin star, Google reviews lose some of their relevance.
At Michèle's, you're pampered, and the chef's creativity is truly remarkable. The portions are enormous (it might not seem like it, but I assure you that once you've finished, you'll be, like in a Monty Python sketch, "stuffed to the bone"), and even when someone like me declines the wine pairings, the chef decides to replace them with fruit and herb cocktails.
I'd gladly give it a star, like Michelin, but it would be a shame to skew the average just for a joke.
