We would like to thank the starred chef for this moment of tasting, this chef restaurateur has gold in his hands. Thank you to the entire team for their seriousness and professionalism. A young and dynamic team who love their work. The only downside is the noisy atmosphere of a single table, which made us understand that it had the financial resources to impose itself.

We’ve tried numerous Michelin restaurants and this is among the best for 1-star. We had their 50th anniversary menu and it was a delight! Everything perfectly seasoned. Innovative presentation of traditional dishes. Attentive service. Kudos as well to the staff for being helpful and accommodating - the table next to us was a couple of deaf clients and another table was a huge family who spoke only German. Very small room for improvement- strange choice of music (thankfully very low volume) and somewhat bright lighting for the evening. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Small note - the Forest Lodge at nearby Centeparcs boasts of the same chef. There is a night and day difference between these 2 restos. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Forest Lodge. I’m honestly baffled the chef allowed his name to be used as Forest Lodge quality and service are so poor compared to Chez Michele.

An address to discover, very refined cuisine and attentive service with a smile and good humor. I highly recommend.

A subtle cuisine, both refined and comforting. Flavors that take you back to childhood memories like this risotto... exceptional! The discovery menu is enchanting.

Succulent dishes, nothing to complain about, just discover it absolutely!

Everything is top notch, there is nothing to complain about. As we can't enjoy the terrace in February, we will return there in the summer 😜, we will surely see choupette more closely 😂.

A very lovely place certainly deserving its Michelin star. It is a must visit for the food of chef Bruno Poiré. A nice wine list and friendly and charming staff and the nice garden if you like to dine outside makes it juts perfect.

Première expérience d'un restaurant étoilé, cet endroit magique nous a émerveillées à tous points de vue. Nous avons opté pour l'excellent et tout à fait abordable "menu du marché", qui change tous les jours en fonction des saisons, des produits travaillés et des idées du chef. Des amuse-bouches en entrée et en accompagnement du café des mignardises qui nous ont régalées. Etonnant, incroyable ! Merci pour cette superbe expérience
